One of our drivers is transforming care delivery through technology, and City & County are achieving this through our Model Branch Project. The Model Branch platform has multiple benefits for everyone from the Local Authorities we work with through to the families we support.
We have started the roll out of model branch in homecare and are currently developing the model for Extra Care. The model for complex care and live in is yet to be built, and we welcome participation in the development of this from people across the business.
